Developing search strategies, understanding the information ecosystem within your major/field, refining a research topic, recommendations on where to search, strategies for reading (and understanding) scholarly articles, strategies for keeping track of your sources, helpful tips for successfully using library databases, how to find out if we have a source, finding full text, how to search for and recognize particular types of sources (e.g. peer-reviewed articles, original research articles, primary sources, etc.)

CU librarians can support faculty with the following:

• Providing library research instruction sessions tailored to your course
• One-on-one student research consultations
• Assistance with identifying affordable course materials, including library resources and Open Educational Resources
• Purchasing or licensing print/digital materials in support of the curriculum
