National Nutrition Month

National Nutrition Month is an annual campaign established in 1973 by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, where people are encouraged to learn about healthy eating habits and physical activity. 2024's theme was "Beyond the Table," which addressed the farm-to-table aspect of nutrition, as well as highlighting the places we eat, besides at a dinner table, such as in schools, restaurants, and on the go.
