Kanopy is a streaming video service offering documentaries and feature films, operating on an annual lease model. After a lease expires, the library loses access to the film unless it renews the lease.

The library licenses individual films upon faculty request, as funds allow. Access to library-licensed films will expire after 1 year from licensing date. If the library licenses a film for your course, and you wish to continue using it beyond the initial 1-year period, it is your responsibility to contact the library to request that we renew the license to that film. Please be sure to check the expiration date on a video that you plan to use.
