A 10-K is an annual report required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that gives a comprehensive summary of a public company’s performance, an overview of the company's business and financial condition, and includes audited financial statements.

Find Financial Reports with Nexis Uni

     Navigate to Nexis Uni.

     Once you are on the home page of the database:

  • Click on Advanced Search under the Search box
  • Under the Select a specific content type dropdown menu find Company and Financial
  • Under that click on SEC Filings or Analyst Reports
  • Enter your search terms in the new search box and click search or the enter button
