Having trouble printing, logging in, or installing Papercut (print software) on your laptop or phone? 

Requesting Tech Support

There are four ways to contact the Centenary Office of Information Technology for assistance

  1. Online Request - Submit your Support Request Online (This will generate a ticket in our new Service Now ticketing system)
  2. Online Chat - Use our Live Chat feature to work with a Help Desk technician (This will generate a ticket in our new Service Now ticketing system)
  3. Email - Send an email to helpdesk@centenaryuniversity.edu (This will generate a ticket in our new Service Now ticketing system)
  4. Phone - Call 908.852.1400 ext. 2000 to reach our 24 X 7 Call Center Support Desk.

*Any of these contact methods will automatically generate a ServiceNow ticket.
